Added status to the preapproval_plan endpoint in the payment section of Boleto Payments

x-platform-id field was added in endpoint request's parameters Create Agreement in the API Reference

Parameter card_token_id with updated information in the Create subscriptions section

Now it's possible to limit payment to credit only in Configure accepted payment methods
