Measure integration quality
Quality measurement evaluates whether your integration meets Mercado Pago's security and quality requirements. Before going to production, complete this evaluation to identify mandatory adjustments, recommendations, and best practices.
PDV mode.During the measurement, Mercado Pago analyzes the following aspects of the integration:

| Buyer experience | Evaluates the data and settings that affect the payment experience at the terminal. |
| Financial reconciliation | Verifies that the integration facilitates correlating Mercado Pago orders with the operations recorded in your system. |
| Payment approval | Analyzes the information submitted with each payment to improve the approval rate and apply fraud prevention tools. |
| Scalability | Verifies that the integration can manage and sustain operations as the business grows. |
| Security | Evaluates the secure handling of credentials and the data used during the purchase. |
To start the measurement, declare how your integration works:
- Go to Suas integrações and select the application configured with Mercado Pago Point via Orders API.

Under Etapas de integração: Point , go to Testar a integração and select Informar dados sobre a integração .

Under Informe como a integração funcionará , indicate how many brands will use the integration, in how many countries operations will be carried out, and how many Mercado Pago accounts will be used. Then click Continuar.
After declaring the information, you can perform the measurement manually or automatically.
To manually measure integration quality, use the Order ID of a production order whose payment was processed on a physical terminal:

Select Testar a integração and click Começar .

Under Medir a qualidade da integração , click Iniciar medição .

Enter the Order ID of a payment made during the last 7 days with production credentialsAccess keys linked to your application that allow you to process real payments.. Then click Medir qualidade .

Review the measurement result.

| Below ideal | The integration requires mandatory actions to achieve the expected quality. |
| Close to ideal | The integration meets the minimum requirements but still has improvement opportunities. |
| Ideal | The integration meets all expected requirements. |

After completing the measurement, apply all mandatory actions indicated by the tool and measure the integration quality again to verify the adjustments.
Under the Qualidade da integração section in Dados da integração , you will find the following information:
- Score: indicates the level of compliance with the quality criteria and is calculated from the information submitted in the order. The minimum score to pass the quality measurement is 73 points, but reaching it is not enough: you must also resolve all mandatory requirements. We recommend reaching 100 points.
- Last measurement date and Order ID: identifies when the last evaluation was performed and which order was used.
- Evaluated aspects: shows the score for each aspect and allows you to filter the results by requirements, recommendations, and best practices.
- Medir novamente : allows you to repeat the measurement after applying the identified adjustments.
Analyze the score together with the mandatory actions indicated by the tool.
The result groups improvement opportunities into the following categories:
- Mandatory actions: requirements that you must meet to ensure integration quality. For example, configuring Webhook notifications or sending an external reference to correlate orders.
- Recommended actions: adjustments that improve the score. For example, submitting the purchase items correctly detailed in the order.
- Best practices: recommendations that do not change the score but improve operations. For example, creating a guide so the cashier can use the point-of-sale software correctly.
Apply the specific instructions returned by the tool and run a new measurement to verify the changes.
