\# Checkout Transparente With \[Checkout Transparente\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/developers/en/docs/checkout-api-payments/overview), the entire payment flow happens inside your store, with no redirect to an external page. It gives you more control over customization and integration, and a full setup to process payments with the main methods available. ## Disable other transparent checkouts in your store Before installing Checkout Transparente from Mercado Pago, make sure to disable any other active transparent checkouts in your store. \*\*Nuvemshop\*\* only allows one active transparent checkout at a time. 1\. In your store admin, go to \*\*Settings\*\* > \*\*Payment methods\*\*. 2\. In the payment methods list, disable any other transparent checkouts that are currently active. !\[Nuvemshop payment methods panel\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/images/nuvemshop/disable-other-checkouts-mlb.png) Done! Your store is now ready to integrate Checkout Transparente from Mercado Pago. ## Integrate Checkout Transparente Follow the steps below to set up the application from your store’s admin panel. 1\. In your store admin, go to \*\*Settings\*\* > \*\*Payment methods\*\*. 2\. Find \*\*Mercado Pago\*\* in the payment methods list. 3\. In the payment methods list, click \*\*Edit settings\*\* next to the Mercado Pago plugin. !\[nuvemshop-edit-plugin-settings-in-store-mlb\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/images/nuvemshop/plugin-instalado-loja-mlb.png) 4\. At the bottom of the page, click \*\*Go to Mercado Pago\*\*. In the checkouts Admin Panel, open the \*\*Checkout Transparente\*\* section and enable the options you want: \* \*\*Credit card:\*\* select the brands you want to enable and the \*\*maximum number of installments allowed for installment purchases\*\*. To set up installments without interest, see \[Discounts\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/developers/en/docs/nuvemshop/additional-settings/discounts). \* \*\*Debit card:\*\* select the brands you want to enable in your store. \* \*\*Other payment methods:\*\* enable \*\*Pix\*\* and \*\*boleto\*\* when needed. Set the due date for Pix payments and the \*\*number of days until the boleto expires\*\* (including Saturday and Sunday), when applicable. Pix will only show if a Pix key is registered in Mercado Pago. Finally, click \*\*Save changes\*\*. > WARNING > > The Mercado Pago plugin for Nuvemshop has no test environment. Validation must be done in production with real payments. Use minimum amounts and valid cards that are not linked to the store owner, as they may be rejected for security reasons. With this, you will have successfully configured Checkout Transparente in Nuvemshop. ## Configure installments > NOTE > > This configuration only applies to payments made with cards. 1\. In your store admin, go to \*\*Settings\*\* > \*\*Payment methods\*\*. 2\. Find \*\*Mercado Pago\*\* in the payment methods list. 3\. In the payment methods list, click \*\*Edit settings\*\* next to the Mercado Pago plugin. 4\. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click \*\*Go to Mercado Pago\*\* to access the Mercado Pago environment. 5\. In the checkouts Admin Panel, find the \*\*Checkout Transparente\*\* payment method and click \*\*Configure\*\*. 6\.
