\# Cartões \*\*Mercado Pago Cartões\*\* (Checkout Transparente) is a solution that allows payments with debit or credit cards directly in the online store environment, without redirecting the customer to external pages. This functionality provides a smoother and more integrated shopping experience, reducing cart abandonment and increasing conversion possibilities. In addition, it offers greater control over the customization and integration of the payment process. > WARNING > > The integration with Mercado Pago Cartões is not compatible with the \_multi currency\_ feature of the Shopify platform. > This new application is exclusive for card payments. To configure Pix payments, refer to the \[corresponding documentation\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/developers/en/docs/shopify/integration-configuration/pix). Log in to your \[Shopify store\](https://accounts.shopify.com/store-login) using your user account. 2\. In the store's admin panel, click \*\*Settings\*\* located in the bottom-left corner of the page. 3\. Select the \*\*Payments\*\* option from the left sidebar menu. 4\. To finish linking your store with your \*\*Mercado Pago account\*\*, follow the instructions in the \*\*"Configure from Mercado Pago"\*\* section. ::: :::: ::::: :::AccordionComponent{title="Configure Cartões from Mercado Pago" pill="2"} Once the application is installed, it is necessary to link the Shopify store with your \*\*Mercado Pago\*\* account. This way, you can complete the necessary adjustments so that payments with \*\*Mercado Pago Cartões\*\* are processed securely. > NOTE > > After linking your store to a Mercado Pago account through an application, you will not need to repeat this process when installing other Mercado Pago applications on Shopify. If you have already completed the configuration, it is not necessary to do it again. Below you can see the step-by-step process to complete this configuration. 1\. Within the \*\*Mercado Pago Cartões Configuration\*\* in Shopify, click \*\*Manage account\*\* to access the Mercado Pago environment and begin the linking process. !\[installation cards\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/images/shopify/appyainstalada-v1.png) 2\. Within the \*\*Mercado Pago Admin Panel for Shopify\*\*, click \*\*Start linking\*\* to begin the process. Click \*\*Link account\*\* and accept the necessary permissions so that Mercado Pago can process payments securely and seamlessly. In \*\*Checkout > Customer contact method\*\* and ensure that the "Email" field is selected as the contact method customers must provide to receive order notifications. \*\*Using email as a contact method is mandatory to process payments with Mercado Pago\*\*. !\[installation cards 8\](https://www.mercadopago.com.br/images/shopify/installation-cards-8-es-v1.png) The \*\*Mercado Pago Cartões\*\* application has been successfully installed and configured, and it is now ready to process payments from your store directly into your Mercado Pago account. By default, the fields \*\*"House Number"\*\* and \*\*"Neighborhood"\*\* are not automatically displayed in the order delivery data form. If you need to include them, contact Shopify's support team and request the activation of these fields. > RED\_MESSAGE > > Once the Mercado Pago Cartões installation is complete, we recommend complementing it by installing the \*\*Mercado Pago Antifraud Plus\*\* application, which features \*\*3DS 2.0 (3-D Secure)\*\* technology to \*\*enhance your store's security and increase payment approval rates\*\*. This configuration is done from the \*\*Mercado Pago Admin Panel for Shopify\*\*. > NOTE > > The changes you make to installments, fees, and crediting time frame apply to all Shopify stores linked to the same Mercado Pago account. 1\. In the Shopify store admin panel, go to \*\*Settings > Payments\*\*. 2\. Under \*\*Mercado Pago Cartões\*\*, click \*\*Manage\*\*. 3\. The \*\*Mercado Pago Admin Panel for Shopify\*\* will open. Select the payment method you want to change the crediting time frame for and if you want to offer installments on the credit card. 6\. Choose the installments you want to offer in the Shopify store. 7\. You can define the minimum amounts for each installment term on the same screen.
